Everything Outdoor Travel Adventures runs on the web, and who each site is
built for. Three are live platform portals — one each for advisors, clients,
and suppliers. Two are consumer brands still ahead of their public launch.
The platform
3 portals · live
One system, three front doors. Each portal signs in a different kind of
person and shows them only their own side of a trip.
Where OTA advisors run their book of business. Add and manage clients,
build and price itineraries, move trips through their stages, post travel documents,
handle commissions and supplier bills, and schedule the work around a departure.
Access is restricted to authorized advisors on a company Microsoft account.
The traveler’s own view of their trip. Clients see their itinerary
day by day, read the documents their advisor has posted, keep traveler profiles and
travel preferences current, settle payments, and message their advisor directly. They
arrive either from an advisor’s invitation or on their own, choosing an advisor
from a directory.
The supplier side of the platform, for the hotels, lodges, operators and
DMCs that OTA sells. Partners keep their property and product content current, publish
offers and advisories that reach advisors directly, and manage which of their own
colleagues have access. Every account is scoped to one company, authorized by that
company’s owner.

Two specialist brands aimed at travelers directly, each built around a
segment OTA already knows well. Both are ahead of their public launch — treat them as
preview until announced.
Race travel for endurance athletes — marathon, ultra, triathlon and
cycling. The site works two ways. It sells fully planned race trips, with flights, stays
and race-week logistics handled end to end. It also gives every athlete a free set of
tools — Event Finder, Season Planner, Bucket List and Race Diary — that need
no trip and no purchase.
Luxury travel for people who will not leave the dog behind. Bespoke
itineraries built around properties, transport and activities that genuinely welcome
dogs rather than merely tolerating them, alongside a travel journal and a small shop of
travel gear. Trip planning runs through the same advisor team as the rest of OTA.
